Step 1. Preparation of documents

1. A document certifying the identity of a citizen of Ukraine (a copy of the passport of the person submitting the application (all pages) or a copy of the ID card (on both sides) and a copy of the extract on the registration of the place of residence)

2. For sole proprietors (FOP) — a document on acquiring the status of an entrepreneur (a copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine or other information resource containing up-to-date data on the applicant's FOP at the time of submitting the application); for self-employed persons — a document on the registration of a self-employed person;

3. A document confirming one of the statuses of a war veteran, a person who has special merits to the Motherland, a victim participant of the Revolution of Dignity;

4. A document confirming that the person is registered as an internally displaced person (if available);

5. Documents on actual expenses incurred in connection with the entrepreneurial or independent professional activity, which can be compensated at the expense of the Fund.

Step 2. Online application submission

The entire process takes place on the website of the Ukrainian Veterans Foundation:

1. Fill out your profile and registration form in the electronic workspace.

2. Upload all prepared documents, business plan, and budget.

3. Sign the application using the digital signature (EDS) of the FOP or the head of the company.

Step 3. Receive funding

After reviewing the application, the compensation is transferred to your special bank account.
